Refund policy
Returns
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Double-check all orders are correct before checking out. Purchaser is solely responsible for insuring contents of cart is correct at time of check out. We will not be held responsible for mistakes made during checkout including but not limited to purchasing incorrect items.
Issues with your order
Please double-check your order contents as soon as you receive your package. Any issues must be brought to our attention within 7 days of order being marked as delivered by the carrier. If an issue with your order does occur, such as incorrect fulfillment of ordered items or manufacturer defects, the shop will either issue a store credit or send merchandise per the original order, at the discretion of the shop. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery and include your order number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will only be granted at the discretion of the shop. Scenarios not befitting of a refund include but are not limited to: incomplete/incorrectly ordered merchandise or accidental order, unused discounts/sale codes at time of check out, "buyer's remorse", etc. If a scenario occurs that the shop deems appropriate for a refund, one will be initiated promptly. All refunds will be sent back to the original method of payment. Holds or other banking hold ups are not the responsibility of the shop and must be handled with the bank in question.
