This is a highly curated subscription experience. Each month is a mystery pattern from Lind's Handmade Designs and materials from Emporium Threads.
All projects will consist of vinyl exteriors, with waterproof canvas interiors. While all of these materials are tested on domestic machines and are considered to be domestic sewing machine friendly, please be mindful of your machines limitations.
Treat yourself to a year of capsule-style curation. If you participate in all 12 months, you will create 17 projects for a total of 2 stand-alone personal accessories, and 5 coordinating capsule-style sets that will consist of a larger bag and a few personal accessories to match.
Each project is rewarding on its own. However, it is my hope that you want to embark on a journey for a year, to try out 7 different color collections of hardware, 8 art/color styles, 2 new vinyl bases, and many awesome patterns that will teach you new skills and sharpen your existing bag-making knowledge.
Each month you will receive an all-vinyl Cut & Sew roll for your project. Just cut out and sew! Less room for error because each piece is pre-labeled within the seam allowance.
Semi-exclusive materials within each month's box will be made available to subscribers first. Also, you'll receive monthly deals on our website as a thank you for subscribing.
Subscription Details:
Your first month's subscription will be charged upon sign-up, and subsequent months' subscriptions will be charged on the 15th of each month, starting from the following month. For instance, June 15th will be for the July delivery, July 15th for the August delivery, and so on. If you order after the 1st of the current month, your first delivery will be the next month's delivery. All subscriptions will ship the first week of each month.

I love kits, and mystery kits get me out of my comfort zone and spices my stash up from the mundane. I was late joining, and was eager to see what I would get for my first month… I wasn’t thrilled. I can see benefits to that material for that project, but it’s not for me (or anyone I know). I look forward to the next one… I am going to try to use the piece for a different project and use different material for the pattern. The artwork is beautiful and it is quality material.
Disappointed the project was an apron. Will try the subscription for another month. The quality of the vinyl is lovely.
Unfortunately, my first try of this mystery box was not a bag/wallet but a different item (which is as much of a spoiler as I will give). It was also an item for which I personally have zero desire or use. I know I could make it and give it away but I am a “selfish sewer” and like to make things for myself. That said, the vinyl print was nice and the accessories were good quality. The included extras were again, unfortunately, not something I will use. If you want this item, the value for money was good.
